• If we call our product Voice Assistant, we should be consistent in the recording and not them virtual assistants

Problem Simple multi-choice nodes are used for qualification for services for the MVP. These nodes do not have explicit meaning to the system and so creating prompts for these to use specifically for service and location-based qualification relies on the Hint field which is not easily migrated if the original is updated. ## Challenges The qualification node was created for use with legal practice areas, can it be reused generically? Additional information would need to be captured for the qualification node (perhaps it can be used for 'legal' industries only?) ## Context / More info needed What types of businesses or use cases need embellishment in PA Qual that is not currently served by the product? We need to look for evidence of incorrectly qualified callers.
