Enhancing AI Voice Tone and Pacing
Cesar Molina
Based on recent pro feedback, particularly from a user who tested our AI Voice Assistant, there is an opportunity to improve the user experience by making the automated voice sound more natural and engaging.
Key Feedback:
The pro mentioned that while the voice functioned correctly, it lacked an upbeat tone. The voice wasn't expected to sound exaggerated (not like Mickey Mouse), but it would be great if it could reflect a more positive and welcoming tone, especially in scenarios such as taking a cake order, where enthusiasm could enhance the customer experience.
Additionally, the pro suggested adjusting the pace of the AI's speech. Specifically, a slight slowdown with pauses between sentences could make the conversation feel more natural and give the user time to process information before responding. This would make the interaction less robotic and more conversational.

Kelsey Fisher Olive green Dragon Kathleen Riley Can you please look into this and see if the AI is still sounding "grumpy?" We've heard this from a few customers and would like to keep it happier if possible.
