And because we pay for each call, it would be very helpful if there would be some way for us to have the system tell people during certain hours what our business hours are when we are closed so that they don't expect a call back right away.
We had someone yesterday called repeatedly and get your service three times because they didn't know that we were not going to be open and available to return the call till the next morning. So when I'm paying in the future $3 or more per call I certainly want to avoid that from happening.
So let's talk about whether it would be possible to add some sort of a layer that includes hours of operation. Thank you!
