Call routing priority between VA and VR calls

I’m thinking of situations where we have low green agents. Can we have VR calls prioritized to be routed to agents in those moments?

No, currently all the calls have the same priority. Given one call, the pro can prioritize agents with certain skills, which is not happening in the VA case but, other than that, VA has not less priority than VR.

That something we agreed on handle in VA2 but never happened
